Returns Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), and there will be no restocking fee.
If your original order qualified for free shipping and you returned the order, you will be charged for shipping charges unless the return results from our error. If you receive a damaged product and your package is insured, you must file an insurance claim with the appropriate shipping company. Contact us if this happens, and we will assist you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you'll have 10 days from the acceptance date to return the items. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: SSC Warehouse Returns, 13006 Lawrence 2100, Mount Vernon, MO, 65712-3675.

Damages and incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can send the correct item or replace the damaged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We can be reached at 773-647-2727 or via email at customer.service@scrapbooksupplycompanies.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you within 3 days after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
